Absolutely not: you should never clone the system back to the primary when you're running from a Safety Clone, at least in the current release. Since the Safety Clone references data on the original drive, cloning back will replace the original information with references to that information, resulting in data loss.

I actually go into some detail, and provide a large number of warnings, in the manual -- there's a good chapter on the Safety Clone and how to deal with installing application in there, so I recommend reading it before continuing.
