OK, "Yep". Hi, are you running 10.4.8? If so, there's a bug in the OS that's causing this, that we're hopeful will be fixed in 10.4.9 . In the meantime, try the following:
- Restart your Mac - Quit all other applications - Run SuperDuper! and start the backup - Immediately Hide superDuper with Cmd+H - Walk away and let the backup complete - Restart your Mac That should get it through the first run. Subsequent Smart Updates shouldn't require the workaround. Hope that helps!
