User Login required
I have a similar issue to Slimrick's thread (t=1407) - I have just purchase this software and I created a successful backup to a USB 2.0 HD but now get the login screen and cannot get past this to check to see whether the bootable disk is fine. I have tried every combination but to no avail, even the Root username/password which I have activated.
Is there a fix for this? |

Drop me a note to support, jdog, and I'll provide some instructions that will help you. (The basic problem is that your netinfo database, where OSX stores your login information, is damaged.)
