Well... that's curious. The way we can tell if there are schedules is if there are crontab entries and corresponding scripts.

Well, let's try clearing them all out and starting again. Make sure SD! isn't running, then please delete all the files in Scheduled Copies and then, in Terminal, type:

crontab -r

followed by Return. Then, do one schedule and let's see if it works.

Make sure you don't hit the Schedule button a second time: just look at the Scheduled Copies window (it'll be restored if you quit SD! with it open) to verify the presence of the schedule.
