basic licensing question
Hello, I realize this kind of situation must have gotten covered a thousand times but I can't seem to find the answer... I am a registered user and now wish to install a "smart updatable" copy of SuperDuper on an older Mac of mine for external-to-external backups (my every day machine is a 12" Macbook, can't figure how to connect two separate externals to it). However the new copy of SuperDuper I am trying to register isn't accepting my current registration code. Thanks in advance for your help.

Copy and paste both name and serial number from the original receipt and not from a PDF...that should fix any issue.

Thanks Dave.
I will be upgrading the hard drive on that old computer soon. Do I deactivate SuperDuper on that computer prior to that, before re-registering my copy? Eric |

We don't play any activation games...
