Action buttons greyed out
Running most recent version of SuperDuper on an Intel iMac and Snow Leopard. Superduper is registered and it indicates that. On the pull-down menus it allows us to select both the source drives and the target drives but the commands (buttons) to actually do anything are greyed out and inaccessible.
This is the way it is no matter what drives are chosen. Help, Nick |

Have you tried restarting your Mac? Try that first, and if it doesn't help, quit SD and then remove the Saved Settings folder in Library/Application Support/SuperDuper! (off your Home folder).

Need more suggestions, David.
The above recommendations still didn't work - all greyed out. Should we install SD again over the old copy and reenter the same registration number? Nick Last edited by nickatwork; 01-05-2010 at 03:23 PM. Reason: changing notification |

I don't see how that will help, but you can try. I'd also try starting up in "Safe Boot" (hold down Shift from Power On all the way to the desktop).
