"Scheduled" backup Reboot
New to scheduled backups.
Question: Normal Superduper backup reboots from the new backup. Is this true for the scheduled backup? Question: If so, is there a 'reminder' (flag?) to remind the user to Restart from the original drive? Why? I scheduled a backup once per month on two computers. I have a "Post It" note as a reminder stuck on the displays, but computer 2 is shut down overnight; computer 1 is on sleep overnight. Both on the same network. Under Mavericks, Disk Utility and Restart don't always indicate which HD is the current one. Suggestions? Used Superduper for years. Excellent. Thanks. Dona |
