Even my drive names are different I have no problem either with iTunes or printing. But, I suppose your problem is to connect your clone drive to another computer.

I don't have iPartition and I don't know what options the iDefrag Lite has, but iDefrag has Compact, Metadata, Quick-online, Optimize and Full-defrag options which you can choose for defragmentation....
